Well, that didn’t take long.
Just a few weeks into her term as Oregon’s newest congresswoman, Maxine Dexter (D) wasted no time in embarrassing herself, embarrassing the state she in privileged to represent, and disgracing the office and institution she was elected to.
Vigorous debate is expected in congress, but in her first appearance in front of cameras since her swearing in, Dexter instead chose to express her position with unseemly vulgarity, unbecoming of a United States congressperson. Not reasoned. Not serious.
Oregonians should re-think the people they send to Washington to represent them based on their actions and behavior…like this.
